As a Systems Administer, you will act as a conscientious eye for Aspect's network surveillance. You will monitor, troubleshoot, resolve, and restore services operating the Aspect Cloud Hosting network.

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.
The system administrator is responsible for the provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual will participate in technical research and development within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizations policies.
System Administrator will be creating trouble tickets and escalating them appropriately and in a timely fashion by use of ticketing and/or notification procedures. Manage spam and security related issues.
The GCCS-J System Administrator shall plan, develop, and implement GCCS program requirements, responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and the implementation of existing and future versions of the GCCS FoS.
Provides additional systems administrative support as required in additional areas such as databases, file servers, print servers, network access, mobile devices, application and web servers, System Center Configuration Manager ( SCCM ), Exchange, Archives/Backups, virtualization, Information Security, virus protection, storage solutions, and COOP.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for daily systems administration maintenance tasks, software and hardware upgrades, preemptive problem detection and correction, user/cloud tenant support and interfacing with peer and partner teams as required to ensure work is completed in a timely fashion.
In this role, the selected candidate will install, support, and maintain the Exchange and mobile messaging environment; install, support, and maintain Microsoft Servers in physical and virtual environments.
