Performance Learning Objectives (LO) and job sheets of selected courses must be captured through existing schoolhouse content. Gaps must then be identified and filled through interviewing/observing instructor provided Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs).
In this role you will support the instructional design process by creating training materials and content, such as facilitator guides, participants workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, job aids, and other training materials.
The Instructional Designer reports to the Chief Learning Officer and is responsible for identifying, developing, and writing educational content; this position will work in collaboration with the content development team when determining innovative designs and creating engaging curriculum.
The ISD interviews subject matter experts to determine instructional design and technical design requirements for the development or redevelopment of training courses. The ISD also creates and delivers teacher training, assisting staff members in learning new technology and delivery systems. Up to 25% travel will be required both domestically and internationally.
