The Human Resources Representative is responsible for performing professional human resources work in a variety of concentrations, including: Compliance, Training and Development, Staffing and Recruiting, Associate and Labor Relations, as well as Administrative Duties and special projects for the area.
This position also serves as a talent champion who supports leadership in identifying, developing and retaining talent. This position will work closely with employees to confidentially address concerns, and provide support to functional leadership to address employee relations and organizational issues. Must have the ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

The HR Analyst/Coordinator - SAP is responsible for monitoring the creation and ongoing maintenance of employee data in SAP in a way that ensures Data Integrity, Operational Excellence, and Accurate & On-time Processes (Payroll, System Interfaces, Reporting)
