This position isresponsiblefor managing the HR Communications team and supporting the effective delivery of HR services by developing key communication initiatives and producing and deploying relevant analytics/metrics to drive change.
Working closely with the Business HR team, the HR Manager will be responsible for engaging in the design, delivery and execution of functional HR strategies. Working with the Business HR team, the position will play a critical role in providing tools, communications, and a clear path for execution of strategic functional initiatives ensuring success.
Lead the team when necessary to get to the right answers or re-diverts project direction when it makes sense for the business. When this occurs, develops the business case for leadership to explain and seek support for changes in project direction.
In this role, you will work with corporate benefits group to communicate and administer corporate benefits programs to hourly and salaried employees. The selected candidate will maintain the Human Resource Information System to ensure that management has access to appropriate people information to run the business.
In this role, you will engage with leadership and operations to identify opportunity areas that will yield productivity and/or more robust controls, and/or enhanced customer satisfaction to promote HRSS competitive advantage in the industry.
Managing the salary administration process including overseeing and tracking state-wide Personnel Action Forms from beginning to end, recommending salary treatment for new hires and promotions and assisting in the annual performance & merit review process.
