In this role, you will be responsible for identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate Service and Sales personnel. Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal.
In this role you will be expected to stay current with vendor-specific technical certifications in order to make appropriate recommendations to customers on the configuration and design of system solutions. You will promote product awareness and provide pre-sales technical support including phone support, system diagrams, proposals, and training in order to grow the sales.
Provide engineering and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients. This may include performing and/or leading field investigations, engineering analysis, calculations, and recommendations, design and development of plans and specifications, observation and inspection, and the writing, preparation, and review of related reports for the services provided. Review drawings and construction to assure compliance with plans and specifications.
The Sales Engineer is a technical resource on the corrections sales team, responsible for technical and business requirements discovery, tradeshows, proposal preparation support and technical presentations to customers for Company's full suite of correctional products and solutions.
As a Networking Sales/Systems Engineer (SE), you will be responsible for the technical relationships with customers and prospects, and you will identify and match technology opportunities with our customers business needs.
