In this role, you will lead and manage the benefits and leave specialty team to provide timely and accurate processing and courteous service and support for retiree, employee and expatriate health, wellness, retirement and discount / employee perquisite programs for the company.
In this position, you will manage third party administrators(TPA's) for qualified and non-qualified plans to ensure plans are administered according to the plan documents and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop strategies as well as implement tactical plans for ensuring all programs and processes are in alignment with company objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for
leading, planning, administering, and coordinating company benefit programs. Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advise employees on eligibility coverage and other benefit matters.
In this role, the selected candidate will be managing the research, design, communication, implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and procedures for an assigned Region of the world (Asia, Europe, or Americas).
In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of compensation analytics, including building and maintaining computer models, market and compensation trend analysis, costing, reporting, bonus and merit process planning and implementation.
In this role, the selected candidate works to develop and maintain central repository of compensation programs, practices, and data into one place to ensure timely, accurate visibility and ongoing assessment.
