In this role, you will be responsible for leading, planning, administering, and coordinating company benefit programs. Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advise employees on eligibility coverage and other benefit matters.
In this position, you will manage third party administrators(TPA's) for qualified and non-qualified plans to ensure plans are administered according to the plan documents and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Responsible for the management of department staff and the underwriting of prospective and existing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Health & Benefit clients through the implementation of proper risk mitigation strategies and underwriting methodologies to achieve company and carrier specific targeted loss ratios and profitability of the overall book of business.
The Employee Benefits Account Manager markets and services accounts in accordance with company objectives and procedures; complements advisor responsibilities for new business development and existing client perpetuation, and is expected to maintain a book of accounts based on location practice.
Responsible for recommendation/presentation/implementation of new benefit plans. Manages the creation and updating of communication materials of benefit plans; ensure compliance with state and federal benefit regulations relative to benefit design.
