The Leadership Client Manager role is an account management role focused on customer service and client retention, rather than business development. In this role you will help C-level executives and their teams tackle their toughest challenges. Providing support and customer service to all existing clients and assist new clients as they execute agreements and schedule physician education; building relationships with clients and serving as a single point of contact for all accounts.
This individual will work directly with our seasoned team of business development professionals and market leaders to provide the best senior - level finance and accounting professionals in the marketplace.
Manages all aspects of end to end customer and broker servicing. Manages a team of account managers, client service associates and sales support associates to ensure high customer satisfaction and profitable persistency.
Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients who need traditional financial services and occasionally customized products to meet their financial needs. Developing the analytical skills and knowledge of credit policies, operations, products, and services required to lead the client management team in providing clients products and/or services to meet their financial needs.
