Provide recommendations of analysis on current force distribution, force generation plans, deployment length, PERSTEMPO issues, and memorandums of understanding with other services and future force allocation decisions which directly impact on the health of the force The SOFORGEN Database and modeling tool.
Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service and operational effectiveness through the analysis, management and implementation of the key Workforce Management processes.
Produces technical specifications to match business requirements of low level complexity projects which may include report rating & minor enhancements. Develops, codes, tests, debugs, documents, maintains, modifies and installs programs.
Provide implementation support and analytics for the North America Full Suite program which is part of the Finance Transformation initiative. Implementation will cover all businesses/segments in North America.
Engages assigned business as the central point of contact for information security and advocates security control needs of assigned business while also advocating for the Global Information Assurance teams security initiatives and controls deployment.
Collaborates with the Global Account Manager(s) on strategic and/or large and complex opportunities and coordinates additional resources (e.g. consulting specialists, demo labs, etc.) to recommend, develop, and propose appropriate customer solution and services offerings.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of trust and confidence with internal and external project team members, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.
