In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes, including support to clients as they work with and understand these processes. The selected candidate will also perform accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution.
As a member of the Transaction Services practice, you will help clients navigate through complicated transactions and events, from evaluation through integration, in a multifaceted business environment. PwC helps clients negotiate with confidence.
Primary role includes accounting oversight for physician compensation accruals and medical supply inventories. Other duties will include, but are not limited to, GAAP research and general accounting functions such as reconciliation reviews, review of analytics and general ledger duties.
Develop, train, manage and coach accounting staff, provide regular feedback and formal coaching bi-annually. Hold monthly staff meetings to keep team informed of current issues and promote a team environment.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
