As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be offering a wide range of services to enhance the commercial environment. You will be using your cold calling skills to meet and present interior plant design ideas, ambient scenting and commercial wall art to all types of clients.
This individual must be a self-starter who knows how to organize and balance their workday to be able to make presentations, create proposals, and create new appointments through phone and in the field cold calling.
In this role, the selected candidate will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone to initiate and cultivate new client.
Responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with Workplace Sales Support, Underwriting, Compliance, Policyholder Services, Premium Administration, ITS, Commission Accounting, Home Office Personnel and Allstate Field Management.
Provides customer account management onsite daily during standard work hours and after hours, including resource coordination, customer management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during incident based or strategic service engagements.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall solutions design; conducts solutions presentations and obtains customer acceptance to solution design.
