Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg Z, Reg B, Service Members Civil Relief and FCRA/ FACTA.
The MCU is primarily responsible for the independent underwriting and structuring of transactions. Prepares and presents credit packages for prospective opportunities, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of a clients credit quality, economic/sector analysis, repayment ability and key credit risk assessment.
Work with loan products comprised of working capital lines of credit, equipment financing, construction lending, commercial real estate, investment real estate, SBA, cash management products and leasing.
Providing assistance to the retail agents, Marketing Reps, associates and other UW's as needed and necessary in timely, efficient, friendly and accurate manner to include timely turn around time on all new business all the while being responsible for growing revenues.
Assist in identifying, recommending and/or negotiating alternative loan requirements, funding and/or loan requirements, funding and/or loan structuring solutions. Examine transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness within agency and FHA/VA guidelines.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing underwriting data to build and maintain a profitable book of business.
Manages agency relationships through continued customer service and marketing activities.
