Perform collaborative Combined NSTD/Training Development Team IV&V activities of SIL Field Service Engineer (FSE) procedures and revise training elements to maintain consistency and parallelism of training elements.
Oversees development of appropriate training materials and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning curricula that best suites the needs of the content (includes online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training and blended learning).
Support corporate Compliance, Standard Operating Procedures, and Customer Service Training Program by providing training, developing training modules and materials, and administering training schedules and resources.
