The Servicing Training and Development Specialist is responsible for the creation, development, and administration of employee training programs to meet specific business needs for new and existing team members.
Review available content relevant to training objectives, identify gaps, review and evaluate relevant literature and external vendor resources, and prepare recommendations on curricula, instructional methods, and materials to be used in training programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will
manage the departments MS Outlook mailbox including providing first level troubleshooting support, customer service, and works with the IT Training team on appropriate resolutions.
Oversees development of appropriate training materials and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning curricula that best suites the needs of the content (includes online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training and blended learning).
