The Servicing Training and Development Specialist is responsible for the creation, development, and administration of employee training programs to meet specific business needs for new and existing team members.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research, design, development, and delivery of training courses, job aids and reference manuals to meet the developmental objectives of targeted audiences.
In this role, the selected candidate will
manage the departments MS Outlook mailbox including providing first level troubleshooting support, customer service, and works with the IT Training team on appropriate resolutions.
In this role you will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of the training and awareness program.

This individual assists with needs assessments, instructional design, delivery of training programs at various levels and use of industry standard evaluation metrics. This position supports the broad use of computer systems by end users throughout the system.
In this role, you will perform quality review and analysis of training programs delivered at various locations throughout a district and maintain records of training activities and employee progress and monitor effectiveness of programs.
Review available content relevant to training objectives, identify gaps, review and evaluate relevant literature and external vendor resources, and prepare recommendations on curricula, instructional methods, and materials to be used in training programs.
In this role, you will identify training requirements that will help sales teams to know how to manage inventory, how to use systems, or how to bill customers Assess knowledge level of existing sales teams.
In this role, the selected candidate performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction to provide the technical support necessary to evolve/sustain Cyber infrastructure as well as data and processes.
In this role, you will perform quality review and analysis of training programs delivered at various locations throughout a district and administer, organize, and conduct training and educational programs in connection with management and promotional development, On-the-job training, and employee orientation.
