Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for clinical staff.Identify, select, or develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids.
Improvement initiatives in reducing call talk time and ensuring first call resolution are required. Additional functions of this role are supervising overall call center, resolving escalated call issues and assisting Member Services Agents with policy, regulatory or contractual questions and concerns.
In this role, the selected candidate will document feedback and open questions during trainings and track all open items to closure, publish reports, dashboards and metrics to leadership with details on completed trainings.
This position is responsible for balancing workloads, assisting with establishment of structure and standardization, creation and updating of departmental policies and process and implementation and maintenance of oversight within the Member Services Department.
