The Regional Sales Trainer is responsible for ensuring that targeted customer facing members of our sales organizations and channels can recommend the appropriate Apple solutions for each customers needs, and that they represent Apple culture in all aspects of the sale.
Deliver technical training to customers worldwide, face to face and remotely, adapting to the audience, encouraging participation. Supports a learning environment with advance preparation, constructivefeedback, and response to learner needs.
Sets up and maintain the physical network required for MTC exercises and classrooms. Resolve interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms including email, file transfer, multimedia, and teleconferencing.
The operator must also be able to demonstrate effective presentation and questioning skills, prepare for instruction, provide clarification and feedback, promote retention and transfer of knowledge and skills, and assess learning and performance.
Author course objectives and supporting materials that successfully ensure participants have solid system understanding, and the skills needed to maintain and operate the systems as part of their day-to-day activities.
