The Customer Support Engineer is the primary interface for Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support request. In this position, you will deliver excellent customer service while providing account administration, diagnosing and solving technical issues, providing answers to general support questions, delivering user interface training, and facilitating vulnerability reviews.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure the product/solution performs within optimal design specifications.
The Client Technical Specialist serves as liaison between operations and clients during the post-sales phase of the sales cycle. This role is accountable for new account setup, testing, training and implementation of CoreLogic data systems in order to meet contract specifications. This position serves as the intermediary between development and clients for upcoming implementations, coordinating rollout schedules, system testing and client training.
The candidate will acquire sufficient knowledge of assigned systems to solve complex problems; adhere to procedures for change control; and participate as a technical advisor on corporate project teams when necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will troubleshoot issues through reproducing the problem and determine resolution; assist other members of the support team with technical issues and act as escalation point for issues that fall outside of scope for tier 1 and tier 2 engineers.
In this role, you will participate in team failure investigations and developing solutions to routine technical problems related to product reliability that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
As a Solutions and Support Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with BloomReachs customers. As a liaison between clients and our technical staff, you are the first line of support for our customers.
In this position, you will work closely with marketing to develop architectures, product definitions and product roadmaps for Cloud, translate the system application requirements into product requirement specifications and regularly visit customers to review, refine, and validate these requirements.
