In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for open positions across the organization. The talent recruiter is actively involved in all phases of the candidate hiring process.
In this role, the selected candidate will be sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will design and execute Staffing Plans to hire the best fit talent for existing teams; partner with managers and external Staffing Firms to guarantee timely follow-up on recruitment.
Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
