In this role, the selected candidate will identify and utilize creative sourcing options to drive candidate flow (social media, job boards, professional associations, colleges, any other creative solutions!).
In this role, the selected candidate will design and execute Staffing Plans to hire the best fit talent for existing teams; partner with managers and external Staffing Firms to guarantee timely follow-up on recruitment.
In this role, the selected candidate will be sourcing and screening candidates using the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet web sites/databases, networking, job fairs, employee referral program, professional organizations, etc.
Use creative sourcing strategies (outside of traditional methods like sourcing on job boards); work collaboratively with internal sales team, the client and internal/external candidates to make the best match for all parties.
