Responsible for planning leading, organizing and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering customer focused projects based on the Predix Industrial Internet platform.
Ensures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-disciplined standards, meets the intent and letter of Phased Review Discipline and all compliance and regulatory needs of the applicable markets.
Collaborate with product & engineering teams to quickly respond to client implementation requirements; communicate with stakeholders across multiple business units to bring congruency, collaboration, and cost efficiency to the enterprise.
Provide technical monitoring and assistance for assigned client sites, covering an extensive technological scope; works closely with the Service Delivery Manager on all SLA commitments and in-service support.
Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments and roles; strong understanding of financial tools and acumen in managing complex project financials including budget tracking, forecasting and capitalization.
Lead the effort in developing and launching multiple new applications, maintaining and improving existing applications. Maintain the project schedule and communicate the current status of the projects in flight.
Collaborate with UX Design team and outside design firms to share customer needs and behaviors and to build out a comprehensive suite of personas and customer scenarios from C-level to operational levels across the oil and gas industries.
