As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates for field staff positions. You will actively seek new candidates through recruiting, job postings, referrals, and networking, and write and publish job postings for nationwide field staff positions.
In this role, you will provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographics as appropriate to enable Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and executive leadership team to be best informed on market conditions.
