oversee teams that support one or more of the Health Plan Service Operations functions: Member/Provider Services, Missed Treatment Surveillance, Care Coordination, or Medical Records/Renal Care.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing work methods, staff scheduling, patient flow and make appropriate adjustments to assure a high level of service quality and cost effectiveness.
In this role, you will review for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, all quarterly and annual financial information prepared by financial reporting staff for external reporting.
The House Supervisor functions as the Administrator for all hospital departments after hours. Coordinates the interdepartmental activities of hospital associates through the interpretation of hospital standards. Functions as the extension of an on-site representative for Administration and Department Directors. Acts as liaison between Departments, Hospital Administration and staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of processing functions and maintenance of the processing infrastructure. Ensures service level agreements are met in support of clients' and company's mission-critical business requirements.
