Ensures the efficient operation of the clinic or unit by proper scheduling and planning for optimum use of staff and resources, maintenance of stock and supplies, and efficient and safe use of equipment.

The Float Pool Nurse is an integral part of the team with the opportunity to utilize the nursing care processes across multiple modalities to include Chronic, Home Therapies and Acutes. The Float Pool Nurse floats to a variety of centers as needed to meet staffing.
The Staff Nurse II is a Registered Nurse (RN) who provides nursing care to patients in an organized, effective manner; assesses patient progress, collaborating with other nursing staff when needed, in accordance with the nursing process and established plan of care.
