The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Real Estate team, and is primarily responsible for the coordination of the monthly general ledger closing process for HMH corporations by ensuring that general ledger jobs are scheduled and that subsidiary accounting systems.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work with various business units to plan and perform various financial audits in accordance with annual audit plan, identify improvement opportunities, communicate audit results and influence changes.
Consolidate P&L, Inventory, A/R, Forecast accuracy, Service and capital during month end close; produce monthly reports of activity in a timely manner, ensure data quality, and communicate results in an effective manner.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide strong finance leadership in eGAPs and all commercial and credit decisions during budgetary and firm proposals; lead and Support the planning, forecasting, analysis of revenue/margin at a project level working closely with the project operation organization.
The selected candidate will prepare profit and loss statements for clinical departmental divisions utilizing information from departmental billing system and hospital accounting system. Provides monthly financial reports on clinical operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the staff and areas providing source documents to implement new reporting requirements and coordinate the annual review and validation of the source documents.
