The Market Data Product Manager will play a critical role as business owner of the platform and coordinator between Business and Technology to define the vision and roadmap for the platform, and participate in various meetings with key stakeholders.
Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are on target for the operation, such as warehouse misses, on time shipments, shipment defects, aged tasks, and production levels per hour, and cost per order line.
Under the supervision of the Director of Talent Acquisition, this person will provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters as they network, source and build a pipeline of candidates for positions ranging from Director to front line staff with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire and consulting.
Own the plan for messaging, content strategy and site updates and optimization, including coordinating updates with product management, design, U/X, and website teams to maximize traffic and conversion opportunities
Approve, print out paperwork for folders, make cards, schedule jobs, enter into spread sheet for upcoming roofing projects; create contract worksheet, assign crew (with notes) and distributor (with notes), edit order progress and then fax or scan order to distributor.
Responsible for the development of specific marketing plans, communications, and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
Leads the Security Operations Team. Implements, operates, and maintains information security programs in accordance with organizational information security standards and guidance from the Security Architecture Team.
