A successful Senior User Experience Designer must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple concurrent projects, as well as contribute to the larger Product Design team by working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Development teams, and other stakeholders within the company.
Determine overall design strategy for a project, and lead execution of design deliverable according to that strategy. Participate actively in team discussions including planning, demos, and retrospective.
Manages portions of complex design programs, and or participates as a subject matter expert as part of a cross functional team for larger initiatives; perform complex design tasks under minimal supervision and has flexibility to deviate from established design guidelines.
The Senior UI/UX Designer works to establish and drive the creative solution and vision of projects for CSID, a part of Experian. In this role, you will lead the creation of user interface designs, specifications as well as visual design of key software initiatives.
Responsible for user interface (UI) visual and interaction design for all digital channels. Design solutions must be innovative, industry-leading, and align with brand standards and best practices for digital design, including architecture, layout and navigation.
As a User Experience leader you will be involved in several areas of user experience including: business & user needs analysis, low fidelity prototyping (wire framing), usability testing, and following deployment, monitoring and measuring adoption success.
Lead and develop all stages of the User Experience and User Interface including case-scenarios, user flows, information architecture, wire-frames, interaction models, storyboards and assets preparation.
Work to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of our tools in collaboration with Designers, Design Strategists, Design Content Specialists, Product Managers, Software Developers, and other Stakeholders.
