The Senior Sensor Integration and Testing Engineer role will require an experienced engineer with expert level knowledge of sensors (non-destructive testing technologies such as optical, UT and electromagnetic technologies) and integration of sensors into larger systems.
In this role, you will establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts in order to remain apprised of direction, project status, architectural and technology issues, risks and functional/integration issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Test Architect and other Test teams to ensure test scenarios target metrics set within the SW organization which meets a certain level of product Maturity Model.
In this role, you will provide feedback to internal teams on application flexibility, consistency, and user-friendliness, and provide information to help business stakeholders make the best decisions possible.
In this role, you will implement test practices, standards and processes, troubleshoot test issues, record test results, track and prioritize defects, participate in product readiness and release decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop and evaluate new equipment technology. Design and evaluate Inspection Reference Parts (IRPs). Provide technical support to programs, field personnel, and suppliers or co-producers.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead the development and enforcement of quality control measures and automated testing standards for new applications and/or enhancements to existing applications in an Agile software development environment; ensure that software quality measures comply with regulatory standards, industry standards and accepted best practices.
