Directly interface with Vendor and contractor Executives and Quality Assurance managers to foster improvement and project specific changes to their programs to meet the needs of LyondellBasell Project requirements.
The Project / Program Manager is responsible for the overall technical project delivery of large integration projects in the Oracle Applications (Oracle EBS) area to support the onboarding of new acquisitions.
Provide input and helps coordinate the Release Plan for the Emerson Process Oracle Environment as it relates to Project Activities. The Release plan coordinates all activities of for all changes as they progress from development, to testing, and finally, implemented into production. Acts as liaison between project team and the various PMO groups (i.e. Change Management, Application Support Group, and Instance Testing team).
The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible to lead a cross-functional, matrixed project team in the creation, implementation and refinement of key strategic technologies that impact customer experience globally.
Provides project management leadership through initiating, planning, managing, and controlling the work performed by individual project teams, for multiple, concurrent projects by using Parkland standard project management processes, methods, and tools.
Creates and executes IT Infrastructure project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of IT Infrastructure projects and their scope.
This role will require experience in management and implementation of Data Center network, infrastructure or operations projects. Typical projects include enterprise-wide Data Center infrastructure implementations, including the introduction of new technology, decommission, migrations and technology refreshes.
Interact with product managers and other organizational units such as QA, operations, and external IT partners. Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance for the development teams.
