Assist with business development for the expansion of services at new and existing clients; work collaboratively with other practice groups within tax, the firm, and non-U.S. KPMG member firms to bring the right services and experience to address and resolve client issues.
The Private Client Services Manager assists in providing tax compliance and consulting services to our high net worth clients. Significant knowledge of taxation related to personal income, estate and gift taxation and wealth retention strategies, as well as taxation of entities owned by business owners (partnership and corporate taxation), is required.
The Core Tax Services Senior Manager is responsible for advising clients on the tax implications of their business objections, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations while acting as the primary client contact for complex tax issues
The Tax Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the federal and state tax function and uses their previous tax experience to help resolve various tax issues and recommend prudent tax planning strategies to the Vice President of Tax.
This position will serve as a member of the proactive tax planning team and will focus on a broad range of planning issues as they relate to transactions (structuring, financial, intercompany and cross border transactions) and other strategic issues for the corporation including the federal, state income and international areas.
This role will report to the controller with frequent interaction with the cfo and will also liaison with the corporate financial staff as required. Provide leadership and guidance supporting the overall business philosophy and principles.
