The Senior Manager, Property Tax is responsible for managing all aspects of the property tax function including: compliance, valuations, audits, informal and formal protests and appeals; managing consultants and developing and mentoring property tax managers and staff.

In this role, you will oversees the global tax compliance process, including preparation of eligibility (authorization) lists, monitor the tax return preparation process and following up with employees and vendors.
This person will be responsible for federal and state compliance and preparation of the quarterly and annual provision. Responsibilities also include managing a small team as well as research and tax planning. Strong software skills including Oracle, advanced excel, OneSource a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible for global transfer pricing, including project and corporate transfer pricing planning, calculate and support annual G&A and royalty charges, preparation of annual documentation, and lead global transfer pricing audits.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all the international tax aspects of consolidated US tax return (i.e. forms 5471, 8858, 1118, etc), including calculation of CFCs earnings and profits, Subpart F inclusions, basis calculations, foreign tax credits, income sourcing, and expense allocation.
