Owns and manages a component of a portfolio of technology - driven initiatives for a single business unit / LOB partner that have significant and strategic impact involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrixes partners.
The selected candidate will serve as the primary client contact on restoration projects for a variety of structure types building envelopes, parking structures, water-retention structures, plazas, tunnels and bridges.
Understand and know the Mission, Values and Goals, organizational structure, company history, how we function internally, administration, best practices, processes, behavior, the complete Transplace order-to-cash, etc.
Develops and/or reviews documentation related to project construction administration, contractor payments, change orders, construction inspections, quality controls, safety and overall contract compliance; prepares cost estimates and analyzes contractor proposals.
The selected candidate will lead client meetings and presentations, be responsible for determining client requirements, direct a team of talented professionals and develop solutions from the beginning to the end of a project.
Oversee projects through to project close out; development and adherence to pre-construction schedules and construction milestones, accurate and timely tracking of submittals, RFI's and other critical project documentation, weekly and monthly reporting to the owner.
Participate in the development and delivery of a range of enablement activities including on boarding, continuous learning and reinforcement, skills training, tool training, annual sales kickoffs, mid-year meetings, and other enablement events.
Provides planning, administration, programming, design, construction and technical support to ensure all construction projects assigned are executed in accordance with the established standards and procedures.
Participate in marketing efforts and group sales planning strategies for development of new business; leverage relationships to identify new opportunities; assist in pursuit efforts, including presentations, for new opportunities.
