The Banks Third Party Risk team is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the banks vendor relationships including assessments, ongoing performance evaluations, regulatory reporting, remediation and management analysis.

This is a high exposure position and the candidate will need to be able to communicate effectively with all levels of BD associates. The Risk-Compliance Manager , reporting to the Site Director at the North America Shared Services Center, will be responsible for building a global service delivery model that provides independent monitoring and assessment of key business processes to manage risks .
Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration. Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability.
Proactively coordinate with Operational Risk Management staff and In-Business Risk Managers to ensure that the program requirements of the Risk Appetite and Risk Indicator procedures are understood, and that the implementation status is reported regularly.
The TARAS Manager is responsible for reviewing income and non-income based taxes, statutory income compliance and consulting, transactional taxes, transfer pricing documentation and evaluation, reviewing the tax flow and tax functioning of our client's operations, assisting in the evaluation and implementation of tax software and technology to increase efficiency as well as a variety of other job tasks depending on the engagement.
Develop effective written communication tailored to different levels of management especially senior executives and Regulators. Ability to articulate and weave a story line out of complex facts and data is a critical success factor.
