In this role, you will manage the backend of the relocation process to capture Taleo data related to relocation details, and approvals and submit to internal auditing to ensure proper records and timely payments to new hires.
This position will support multiple Recruiters to provide an efficient recruiting and on boarding process. The Recruiting Coordinator will act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and Human Resource.
This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping build a great organization of talented individuals.
In this role, you will research and analyze the candidate pool, competition for talent and other regional / geographic factors that could impact the companys recruiting effectiveness for the assigned locations; Provide recommendations on findings to the HR Manager.
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition/Management Process Lead and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) in ensuring the Talent Acquisition Group meets its goal of effectively and efficiently supporting Talent Acquisition for the Americas.
