This in office based supervisor in Dallas, TX, team will provide oversight of a care management team consisting of clinical and non-clinical staff. Candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations of the team.
In this role, you will provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
The RN Supervisor will assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care.
Includes responsibility to assist the Director for all aspects of environmental control, staff personnel assistance to surgeons, anesthesiologist / anesthetist, material and equipment, education of personnel and all supervisory duties in conjunction with Nursing service.
