As the Senior Program Manager IT Risk Remediation, you will collaborate with IT functions and AIG businesses across the globe to drive the Remediation Program and reduce global IT risk exposure. You will also implement industry and company project management best practices in the ROAR organization to improve and sustain project performance.
The Project Manager is the single point of responsibility and accountability for his/her assigned Projects starting with the Project Turnover Meeting and ending with a successful COC, Customer Survey and hand-off to the Service Department.

Responsible for all Project Management related duties; project safety, scope of work, schedule, cost estimate, cost reports, project staffing, project team performance, construction, invoicing and quality plan.
Manages all phases of project management including; design coordination, construction, occupancy, quality control, procurement, contracting, budget development and cost tracking, invoicing, financial reconciliation to project close out.
Responsible for networking with clients to identify and define projects, developing and negotiating proposals, building teams of technical staff and subconsultants to execute work, maintaining quality and risk management processes to keep work on track, and deliveringaccording to scope, schedule, and budget.
Support Maintenance Services activities to include identification of work and organizational breakdown structures, support of software updates, creation of project schedule, requirements creation and management, risk and communication management plans.
