This individual will design water and wastewater treatment infrastructure projects for Central Texas Government Entities. Responsibilities will include designing projects, independently creating layouts, completing detailed designs, plans, specifications and estimates for pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, tanks and other water and wastewater storage and conveyance systems.
The candidate must have a strong background in the modeling and design of stormwater/water resources sustainable infrastructure projects. The preferred candidate will have strong writing skills, experience with a diverse range of modeling and design software packages, and be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and preparation of technical reports and construction documents for diverse projects including open channel stabilization and improvements, closed conduit systems, drainage master planning, and stormwater ponds.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare agenda and documents for distribution such as schedules and logs, take and distribute minutes at Owner/Architect meeting, Subcontractor meeting, Staff meeting and other meetings.
