Design, develop and lead the execution of the Companys global implementation of key accounting standard changes around Lease accounting and other accounting changes impacting the Company on a global basis.
Ensure program/project financials adhere to and align with budgetary expectations; Able to manage to a plan; Report out to organizational executives on risk, financials, and other key dimensions; Ensure individual project forecasts are accurate, and that variances are escalated appropriately.
Assists in the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project. As necessary, integrates the impact of other project management components, including brokerage (work letter development), building operations, M.E.P., etc. as they relate to each project and project phase.
The applicant would join a vibrant and growing Division consisting of 23 other full-time faculty members with excellent clinical, clinical research, and laboratory programs fully developed to cover a broad range of relevant topics.
Reviews and determines all commercial and paid programming content; decides music play lists; schedules programming in conformance with FCC rules and regulations, company policy and applicable federal, state, and local laws; protects station license.
Ensures department compliance to company policies, Corporate policies, PPMP requirements, and compliance to Government DFAR regulations. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of program Planning artifacts and work products for the business area.
The purpose of this position is responsibility for project management services within an assigned geographic market, program or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key project delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management.
