Responsible for all Project Management related duties; project safety, scope of work, schedule, cost estimate, cost reports, project staffing, project team performance, construction, invoicing and quality plan.
Manages all phases of project management including; design coordination, construction, occupancy, quality control, procurement, contracting, budget development and cost tracking, invoicing, financial reconciliation to project close out.
Support Maintenance Services activities to include identification of work and organizational breakdown structures, support of software updates, creation of project schedule, requirements creation and management, risk and communication management plans.
The Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) Project Manager supports and leads a portfolio of internal projects in the areas of development of policies and procedures, business analysis, process design, project management, project marketing, troubleshooting and the implementation of various business development strategies relating to TASs growth and operations. This position oversees, coordinates and manages several complex, mission critical projects that may be separate and distinct or highly interdependent and integrated.
Responsible for networking with clients to identify and define projects, developing and negotiating proposals, building teams of technical staff and subconsultants to execute work, maintaining quality and risk management processes to keep work on track, and deliveringaccording to scope, schedule, and budget.
Prepares final reports describing overall performance and conducts Lessons Learned sessions to document project successes and improvement areas. Shares Best Practices and Lessons Learned with peers to enhance overall Atos project delivery.
The Project Manager is the single point of responsibility and accountability for his/her assigned Projects starting with the Project Turnover Meeting and ending with a successful COC, Customer Survey and hand-off to the Service Department.
Participates in developing company and department strategic business plans and/or action plans including identification and establishment of project objectives and to establish project parameters, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines.
The Program Manager will lead a construction team in accordance with district and program policies and procedures for education facilities construction bond operations- managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously ranging in construction value and complexity.
Directly interface with Vendor and contractor Executives and Quality Assurance managers to foster improvement and project specific changes to their programs to meet the needs of LyondellBasell Project requirements.
