In this role, the selected candidate will be working in detailed high fidelity simulations written in C/C++ and MATLAB, to develop, prototype, and test radar sensor models and radar signal processing algorithms.
As a Process Engineer you will be accountable for providing daily support for the monitoring of production in the processing areas. The successful candidate is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of the production units thereby improving operating costs and yields.
This position requires a basic understanding of a continuous chemical production process, proficiency with process control content of P&I diagrams and working knowledge of schematic wiring diagrams, primary instrumentation background with experience with control system electrical and instrumentation components (valves, analyzers, field sensors, control panels, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will be developing and maintaining security policies, vulnerability management, security awareness, vendor security; independently designing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures.
The Process Engineer will develop extensive manufacturing expertise and will be a primary resource in process operation, troubleshooting and in providing engineering support to Operators and Production Supervisors.
The Process Engineer works closely with divisional, customer, and supplier staff specialists to ensure the successful development and implementation of engineering changes, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, and projects which affect die tooling and assembly processes.
In this role, you will be responsible to lead and facilitates cross-functional, collaborative teams in business improvement and development initiatives using PP&E standards and guidelines to optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process.
In this role, you will coordinate processes related to Risk Management, Unit Compliance, Configuration Management, Deficiency Reporting, Requirements Management, Quality Assurance and Air Force System Engineering Assessment Model ( AFSEAM ).
