The Principal Sustaining Electrical Engineer provides high-level Engineering support to our customers and cross functional teams by troubleshooting difficult problems, formulating technical reports, and providing technical guidance. Develops highly complex test programs and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing iterations, modifying, implementing and supporting existing products that function within the product families through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices.
The selected candidate will develops a rules-based processing and alerting system triggered by data streams and real time events. Maintains and enhances the existing code base. Helps design and maintain coding standards to enhance application development and maintenance.

This role is responsible for leading department-wide focus on the strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application security program across research, development, quality assurance, support, and IT systems. This is a high level, conceptual, as well as hands-on position that requires a great deal of general security experience, as well as application development experience and secure coding knowledge.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Infection Prevention Sustaining Engineering group and ensuring that post approved design changes to the product follow applicable quality system regulations.
As a senior member of the development team you will also be responsible for maturing the Sitecore architecture and SDLC processes. You will be a key contributor to our evolving collection of reference architectures, patterns, conventions, and be an active member in our ECM governance processes.
In this role, you will lead the development of science instruments for space flight missions; work with scientists and engineers across technical boundaries to develop instrument concept; spearhead new technology development of detectors and electronics in laboratory vacuum systems.
