In this role, you will work in the day to day support of the use of the Maximo application as the Dynegy Computerized Maintenance Management System for the Work Management Processes: Work Orders, Job Plans, Preventive Maintenance, Work Planning and Scheduling, Inventory.
In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate Code compliance and application for all applicable codes to include Life Safety, Uniform Building Codes, NASA specific Codes and standards. Many other codes and standards will be a requirement of many of the IDIQ Projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and monitor metrics that measure performance objectives and initiate corrective and preventive actions. Examples are production, quality, training, 6S, Operational Excellence, and cost reductions.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning training for section members; monitors training efforts to ensure their employees are achieving their individual development plan including both technical and non-technical training.
In this role, you will maintain records relating to employee benefits; enrolls employees into programs; processes new hire and benefit paperwork; participate in confidential investigations of complex employee relations issues.
This role requires daily interaction where direct and indirect influence is needed across various functional groups such as Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials, and Quality, in order to meet customer expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with leadership team to set short-term strategic direction and operating plan; work with functional leader for strategic planning within their departments, includingbudgeting.
In this role, the selected candidate will initially work in conjunction with the Plant Manager to establish a Dynacraft Texas plant including planning and managing the facility start-up, staffing ramp-up, and start of production for product programs.
