Selling presentations to physicians and other health care professionals, primarily in an office based setting. Developing an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to the geography, particularly in managed health care.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a selling or business development experience, be highly motivated and results-oriented, and be very comfortable drawing insights from customer data analytics.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted primary care physician groups to maximize new business opportunities; engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient.
Responsible for attaining 100% or more of set sales quota each quarter and execute against corporate/ segment initiatives. This includes initiatives intended to solidify relationships with Dell such as Enterprise, S&P (Software and Peripherals) and Services.
Consistently manage a pipeline of opportunities; support a weekly forecast process and be able to accurately predict weekly top opportunities/identify potential upside; report back to core team of all activities, wins/losses
Drives revenue growth by developing annual sales, marketing, and financial plans for each franchisee. Performs business evaluations. Tracks and facilitates progress by gathering and analyzing data, making recommendations, building commitment, and overcoming objections.
Responsible for building and managing an active pipeline of opportunities within their territory; participates in educational opportunities; training sessions; reads professional publications; maintains personal networks; participates in industry events.
The Business Development Sales Executive participates in a sales training program of webinars, live sessions, and calls that develop skill sets surrounding Financial Education, lead generation, team building, and closing techniques.
