The Distribution Center Operations Manager position is responsible for directing the daily activities of the DC on a single shift, including, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment and manpower. Key responsibilities include: DC standard work, productivity, LOS, safety, security, and housekeeping.
The Billing Operations Manager is responsible for supervision and oversight of the front-end patient accounts origination, and charge entry batch reconciliation creation, processing, reviewing, and compliance.
Achieve first class results in safety, operation and finance aspects of the business, according to the Company expectations and targets, managing a complex portfolio of contracts across the US & Canada, providing guidance, support and leadership to the project managers of those contracts.
The project portfolio will consist of projects of varying sizes and complexity, and new projects are added as often as daily. The Project Manager is solely responsible for defining requirements for cross functional requests and leading the development and implementation effort from initiation to completion.
The Operations Manager will have responsibilities for the daily operation of multiple DC Departments as well as providing guidance and leadership to distribution center (DC) managers to ensure the accomplishment of the departmental and distribution center overall goals.
Identify, create, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators including but not limited to teammate productivity, quality audits for both queue and calls, and departmental service level agreements.
Develops and provides for ongoing improvement of preventive maintenance and engineering procedures, hazardous materials communications plan, indoor air quality programs, preventive maintenance programs, budget operating costs estimates and comparisons.
