Align with the Procurement Operations Manager to provide procurement operations for the building, including: forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, non-inventory flow and space models, cycle counts, supplier management, procurement transaction and expediting support.
The Analyst will identify, and, if necessary, obtain and run models, simulations and other tools required to conduct such analyses. In addition, the analyst will be a Subject Area Domain Lead in an appropriate area based on the individuals knowledge and experience.
You will respond to daily operational tasks and implement security solutions as well as perform computer, system and/or network security vulnerability assessments and scans to identify, evaluate and mitigate security risks. You will have responsibility for day to day health of the firms endpoint security applications and data security.
Work daily with Production Supervisors and Managers for optimal efficiency, meeting the needs of internal and external customers; establish and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production workflows for the Billing & Payments system and deliver goals and objectives.
This position will also provide tax analytical support to the TRWS production team assisting and/or leading complex regulatory compliance event involving several hundred businesses across the firm and around the globe.
The data analyst will be responsible for importing, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data in order to drive operational decision-making within the RLCS line of business.
The analyst will have the opportunity to serve as Operations Analysis lead for an MFC Line of Business (LOB). As such, will work with LOB leadership and business development personnel to identify analysis needs for the LOB.
