The instructional designer is responsible for leading the design of instructor-led and self-paced e-learning solutions for traveling coaches products and services. Candidates must have experience in working with clients to identify requirements and make recommendations regarding applicable learning programs, solutions, and assets required to close skill gaps and meet the clients business and learning needs.
This position is responsible for creating and maintaining engaging learning activities and course content that supports the mission and vision of both the Learning and Development department and WageWorks.
In this role, the selected candidate will design, develop and / or edit the facilitator guides, PowerPoint content, workbooks, activities, and audit / review the e-Learning modules / web-based interactive activities.
The Instructional Designer II works as part of a team to design, redesign, develop, and maintain high quality, technology-mediated distance education, technology-mediated, and active-collaborative courses (i.e. inverted/flipped, blended/hybrid, online/distance education, etc.)
