The General Manager for the Componentized Buildings segment will be responsible for the day to day management and responsibility of the sales team to include staffing, developing, and monitoring all of the sales functions related to this part of the organization.
In this role, you will work closely with new as well as established channel partners to generate new business opportunities. The selected candidate will drive revenue for the network and security business unit through our direct sales in global, enterprise and commercial sales organization.
This role is directly responsible for the planning and execution of all selling activities including: district/customer planning, goal and driver metric attainment, forecasting, goal setting, cross functional partnerships and tools/technology usage.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and manage an inside sales support infrastructure that ensures the organizations ability to effectively and efficiently win new business and manage existing accounts is maintained at all times.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding a sales quota by excelling at key critical success factors, including outbound calls, opportunity identification, pipeline maturation and upsell/cross-sell.
The selected candidate will develop and maintain qualification materials including project descriptions, experience matrices/overviews, safety and quality statistics, capability statements, etc. Specifically work with Operations to capture and develop performance proofs and client testimonials.
