Responsible for establishing, managing and enforcing program management methodology designed to provide for a common execution strategy that enhances project organization, communication and quality delivery of strategic initiatives that meet business objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for meeting with business/technical partners directly, facilitate/lead requirements/WBS gathering sessions (white boarding, brainstorming), plans, coordinates, monitor and drives risks, issues and timelines, managing the full lifecycle including resource allocation, progress tracking and monitoring change control.
In this role, you will be responsible for directing Project Managers, Construction Managers, Discipline Leaders and Marketing staff of all disciplines in the overall execution of multiple large projects or contracts.
In this role, the successful candidate will prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups; work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition to meet business objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project management team to prioritizes deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.
In this role, you will work with functional Managers in ensuring that team members are clocking their time correctly, based on project need. The selected candidate will analyze new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology.
