This position provides business process analysis, process design and consulting services along with system support and development services using SharePoint to the company Corporate office and coordinates with Refinery IT SharePoint Administrators.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop business requirements as a result of client engagements and business issues. Provide software usage expertise for bray business process supporting applications.
This role is to assist overseeing teams ongoing operations and procedures, such as hands on application of all aspect of business management: Goal setting, resource and financial planning/tracking, special projects, risk/issue management (Business Continuity) , developing and maintaining executive level communications and writing of summaries on cyber policies.
This IT Security Analyst (Awareness and Training) is overall responsible for our security awareness and training program. Ultimately this person's job is to reduce risk to our organization by ensuring all employees, staff and contractors know,understand and follow our security requirements and behave in a secure manner.
Attend specification meeting with project team workers to determine scope and limitations of project; work closely with other team members, application developers, and business process owners throughout the organization.
In this role, the selected candidate directly assists operators in performing their duties (troubleshooting user-report terminal or printer malfunctions, operations exceptions, recovering from system problems, etc.)
The employee will maintain a good understanding of the business processes supported by the assigned modules, coordinate and maintain close alignment with business users of the applications to plan for changes to the software and to ensure it continues to support the business processes into the future, and participate as an active member of the CPC IT team.
Consults with all areas of the business, particularly Product Management and Product Development to advise on matters of security. Architects, Implements, Administers and Operates Information Security Systems.
Analyze current business operation procedures and communicate the business requirements to IT for the development and enhancement of the RMD systems, including, but not limited to the RMD database, Hyperion/Essbase, RMD web report portal, Toyota Workout Dealer Evaluation, Transmittal, and Dealer Biography, and other interfacing vendor systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure quality work - review and validate the technical configuration changes; coordinate with Security COE resources for resolution of technical issues/problems before escalation to OEM.
