This position oversees all aspects of the client implementation process from initiation to delivery. Projects will span product lines, and the Implementation Manager works collaboratively with internal and external customers to deliver quality projects within the specified timeline and scope defined.
In this role, you will be responsible for
highly complex customer interactions, customized cases and diversity in products / offerings sold. Manages stakeholder relationships with Sales and Account Management and across the enterprise.
The Implementation Team drives SHS revenues through the delivery of hospitality technology products and services. Collaborating with hotels, the Implementation Team ensures optimal and timely configuration of solutions to ensure customer success. This role will manage detailed implementation activities, and works cooperatively with the Delivery, Sales & Account Management teams to advance company goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and proactively maintain project plans, ensuring that both the clients and internal stakeholders understand their responsibilities, deliverables and timing, and the impact on the project.
