Responsible for driving profit in the district through effective application of human resources activities; partnering with the District General Manager (DGM) and the district team, will act as liaison between employees, management and the HR function.
Provide legal advice to and drafts documents for the Human Resources Department regarding, employment and benefit matters, including employee discipline and terminations, leaves of absence, reductions - in - force, training, policy development, internal.
Support the line to manage a positive ER environment by identifying areas of weakness and making interventions to drive improvements. Encourage positive, meaningful connection between the line and team, facilitating employee engagement sessions as appropriate.
Review and analyze external market/organizational metrics, turnover, performance ratings, attrition, etc. and translate data into meaningful recommendations for improving productivity, performance, and profitability.
