The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for partnering with all levels of the organization from multiple sites and business functions. Incumbent will support all aspects of HR including, but not limited to general employee relations, recruiting, engagement, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, employee and leader development, as well as general HR policy administration.
The HRBP is responsible for driving HR philosophies and processes through the organization, and will be responsible for partnering with the management team to deliver HR solutions that meet company objectives and line of business goals.
Managing employee relations issues; conduct investigations, provide advisory support to managers and partner with legal counsel as appropriate to ensure successful resolution of employee relations cases.
Responsible for effective delivery and implementation of HR policies, programs and procedures (e.g. Merit, PDP, Bonus, and Recognition Programs), collective bargaining agreements and random drug testing program.
Provides strategic HR guidance and support to the business functions across a breadth of areas including talent management, employee development, performance management, change management and employee relations.
Assist in development of talent planning and succession planning for client groups and their leadership team. Partner with business managers to provide human resources solutions that encourage effective business decisions.
