The Human Resource (HR) Business Partner II reports to the facility Human Resources Strategic Director. Our HR Business Partner II serves in a lead role within the facility supporting various client groups, or, in some cases, the entire facility or multiple facilities.

Under the guidance of the facility Human Resources Manager, the Human Resource Generalist administers Human Resources policies, procedures and programs in key areas such as HRIS, employee relations, on boarding and performance management.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, safety, or personnel.
The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role will demonstrate the ability to partner with leadership in the delivery of HR services, consult with the line management providing HR guidance when appropriate and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creates specifications for changes to system and works with appropriate technical staff or outside sources to ensure changes are performed correctly.
Plays key role in and conducts testing for acquisitions, data conversions, implementations and system updates.
Resolve general Associate Relations issue including conducting employee relations investigations and fact finding; administer company's correction action process in partnership with DC HR Mgr; assist with unemployment claim information and unemployment hearings .
