In this role, you will be expected to leverage their electrical engineering expertise to perform circuit and CCA design and analysis, FPGA / CPLD designs, technical trade studies, analog/digital / mixed signal interface design, reverse engineer legacy designs, component selection, evaluation of technology insertion / upgrades, and laboratory test and troubleshooting.

Involved in all stages of product development including specification, design, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, design for test, backend verification and silicon debug.
In this role, you will lead projects to identify design issues with customers products, and partner with them on containment actions in production, and corrective actions to improve customers product quality.
In this role, the selected candidate will define requirements for and oversee the design, build, validation, and deployment of system level test and burn-in hardware for new microprocessor and graphics products.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the development, debug, and optimization of software of debugging/testing AMD silicon/platform to support emulation, bring-up and validation phases.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience in designing digital circuits using microcontrollers/microprocessors; experience in external memory interfaces, and digital interfaces to other peripherals (spi/i2c/sci/can/uart).
In this role, you will be responsible for code reviews, creating unit tests, authoring detailed documentation related to your work, and working with on-site and off-shore teams to deliver the software solution on schedule.
