As an HRIS Analyst, you would be responsible for facilitating business process, function and organization design, working collaboratively with business strategists, process owners and subject matter experts within the HR organization.
In this role, you will provide support for HRMS, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
In this role, you will participate and lead projects as defined by leadership team; lead meetings, provide regular project updates, take responsibility for deadlines and use influencing skills to move project along.
In this role, you will analyze and interpret data in order to support the objectives of the Human Resources department and our business partners. The selected candidate will compile reports, analyze and synthesize data in order to communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders in HR and other stakeholders.
The HRIS Analyst III is responsible for providing complex, non-routine analytical, technical, and operational support for the HRIS team; design, implement, evaluate and analyze data and reporting mechanisms to bring clarity to HR-related issues and overall trends in the organization.
