In this role, you will be responsible to
provides support to the HR Team. Primarily focused on areas of specialty related HR duties ie, unemployment, background/drug screening services, training program development and field.
Managing employee relations issues; conduct investigations, provide advisory support to managers and partner with legal counsel as appropriate to ensure successful resolution of employee relations cases.
Assist in developing and implementing all department standards and procedures providing administrative and technical direction on all recruiting programs. Schedule, coordinate, and supervise Field Personnel and Training activities.
Assist in development of talent planning and succession planning for client groups and their leadership team. Partner with business managers to provide human resources solutions that encourage effective business decisions.
This position is responsible for the full scope of human resources activities including; staffing, training and development, compensation & benefits administration, project management, employee relations, employment laws and regulations, health & safety, as well as maintaining a union free work environment.
